Services
Pinnacle Bakes provides artisan baking services including custom cakes, pastries, breads, and other baked goods. All services are subject to availability and our production capabilities.
Orders and Payment
Custom orders require advance notice and may require a deposit. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods.
Cancellations and Refunds
Custom orders cancelled less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to cancellation fees. Deposits for custom work may be non-refundable depending on production stage.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
Allergen Information
Our facility processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing orders. We cannot guarantee complete allergen-free products.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
